Loot Crates are sent out once each month and all crates are typically delivered between the 20th-28th of the month. For one month subscriptions, you are charged at the time of sign-up and then the same date each month based on that sign-up date. For 3/6/12 month subscriptions, you are charged at the time of sign-up and then the same date each subscription period based on that sign-up date.
IMPORTANT: You can cancel your subscription anytime via your online user account. When logged into your user account, just click the section entitled “Payment Method” and within that section, you will see the grey Cancel Subscription option.

I ordered this for my son’s 12th birthday and he absolutely loves it! He gets really excited waiting for each package to come. I love that he gets a tshirt every month as he is definitely on a huge growth spurt, I just change the size on our account. He loves all of the random things things that he receives but especially the pop figures that he collects.

I’ve gotten this for my 25 year old brother for the past 2 Christmases and Birthdays now. He absolutely loves it! The add on and alternative subscriptions are pretty awesome too, and the few times I had to email customer service, they were amazing and helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

Is there any subscription service that is more suitable to a teen interested in sports? This is too pop/techy for my son. He’s more into sports, ESPN, plays some video games (but all sports related). He would think all of this stuff is just junk since he doesn’t know what it’s about. Trying to come up with an interesting gift for him!
Your son sounds like my 15 year old. He doesn’t watch tv at all unless is ESPN and the only game he plays is 2k16. I would love something like this but geared towards sports fans
Agreed! My 15yr son is obsessed with sports games. This looks great but wish they had a “sports” version. It used to be easy to find sports games but it feels like they are eliminating them one by one – 2k games used to have basketball and college football:(

Just a heads up, if you cancel your subscription for loot crate or any of their other boxes, you still have to get the next month. (Ex: sign up for subcription every month, cancel in June and still have to pay for/get July’s box). This is only if you get the subcription rather than specifically ordering one box.

That Infinity Gauntlet oven mitt has been recalled. Just a heads up. I was impressed with how quickly LootCrate has dealt with the issue.
I have to weigh in here, I ordered Loot Crate for my son. I think he had it for three months and we were not impressed with the “loot.”
We also had a hard time canceling. I ended up having to have my credit card company block them from billing me.
Anyone know of something for teen girls? My daughter loves reading, writing, make up drawing and such. The only things for girls I ever see are just with little samples of make up or nail polish. I would like some more diversity for her. Thanks
I’ve become quite the sub box lady! Vee there are a few out for exactly that reading one is Owl crate but there are a few more. Just google reading sub boxes for teens.

There’s a lot of reviews out there, and if you scroll through most of the videos/comments, you’ll see most people have been disappointed with the “loot” you get in these crates. It does depend on the person on what you like, but the majority of items seem like filler items and often cancelling from the subscription is difficult.
My Daughter(17) loves Loot Crate so do her other friends both male and female. My adult kids have friends that also get it. When my DD gets something in the box that she does not want but her brothers would like she holds on to it and gives it to them in a gift box with other items she has found.
My son had a subscription for this when he was 14/15. He LOVED it! I will caution, tho — the various goodies & trinkets started to pile up over time (we had the subscription for about a year and a half). He struggles with putting things away anyway, and this tended to add to the problem.
We’ve become a society of instant pleasures and excess waist. It all just ends up in a pile.
