I just bought these last night, can I go in and get cartwheel added?
I got these at Ralph’s in the clearance section for 49 cents!!! I bought all the boxes
i was just at target and they said it is there policy to not allow coupons when there is a gift card promotion with the items. so i could not use my coupons, just the cartwheel.
I know i have used the coupons before when there was a gift card and i told the checker and the manager that , and she said i was wrong.
what is the target policy on this? anyone else have problem?
i am going to try another target tomorrow.
