Every review was paid for through free products. I wish there was already one legit review. I don’t trust a product that has to buy such a large amount of reviews.

FYI, I purchased a similar set a few months ago. They don’t seem like they will hold up over many many many washings, but ARE comfortable. They are light, and very soft. Perfect for summer-sleeping! Very comfy despite the quality/price.

I do lots of free/reduced price product reviews on Amazon and let me tell you – I have no direct connection with any of the product companies and my reviews are as honest as though I purchased the product. I don’t take all the free products I could by any stretch of the imagination and I don’t post anything untruthful. Overall, I understand your hesitation, but please know many of us that get free/reduced prices are still very honest!

Amazon has a program called Vine – where you get free products for honest reviews. This is an invite only program – there is no way to sign up or get referred in. BUT, if you want an invite, you must review products constructively. Amazon invites users who have useful ratings by other users. IE, the more reviews you do that offer unique details about products that users would rate a helpful review, the more chance you have of getting invited.

Email them and they will give you the difference. I have done that 3 times and they gave me the money back.

On the topic of sheets, does anyone have any recommendations on fabric or thread count? Brand?

    • Gina

      Hey Rebeca,
I have 4 sets of the Fieldcrest 600 thread count sheets from Target (3 king and 1 queen). I’ve been using this brand/thread count for about 4 or 5 years now and they are awesome. I would definitely recommend those ones 🙂 hope that helps!

This week I bought a queen size organic cotton sheet set From Costco for $25 (label said $29) and they are sooo soft. Hubby even mentioned how great they feel n he rarely comments on bedding.

They also have Silky Soft brand throws for $6 that truly are super soft and look fabulous on our couch.

Does any body have any experience with “bamboo” sheets? They have them a lot on Groupon goods and they rave about them being perfect for summer sleeping…Thing is, I bought a completely different set from them… I was soooo excited because the design matched my comforter perfectly…ONE was later, the elastics broke and the color completely faded….very disappointed…so if anyone has any sight or experience with being a hot sleeper and could give advice on thread count, kind or brand that would be appreciated. sincerely, a hot sleeper in WI
