I can never figure out how to use teh points. I never seem to have points after shopping there so I quit shopping unless it was a good deal.
Patricia, are you using your Walgreens card or inputting your phone number? Because you should definitely be receiving points. If you call them, they can credit you after the fact if you give them the info from your receipt. If I were you, I would call corporate anyway because it sounds like they need to fix your account. HTH
