I bought these the other day when these were posted. I also purchased the washcloth sets, buy 5 get $5 back in points. What if my points aren’t showing up? I’m confused

Be careful! I did this deal 4 days ago, paid with a few points and the rest on my card. I never recieved the points! When I contacted shop your way they told me I would not get the points because I paid with some points, even after the points showed in my order. So annoying
Yep they’ve done that to me before too. That’s why now, I don’t want to keep ‘feeding the pig’- so to say, I just want to use the points I have and be done with them. But sometimes, I can get better deal elsewhere than what they are offering, so it’s been hard.
Oh thats why i dont have the rewards back in my account..:( ive been waiting for a week now.. i bought that starwars towel coz i thought i would get the rewards back and then it would be free..should i call them too or you think they will say the same thing?
I had emailed shop your way. They told me I could return the items that I purchased and get a refund for whatever I paid out of pocket, but my points would not be refunded. I’m so mad about the whole thing!
I did this deal on the 27th, bought the TsumTsum towel and used $3.34 in points which brought my total to $5.00 plus tax and received $7.70 back in points the next day. Make sure your total is at least $5 after points and pre-tax to qualify for the $5 back in points.
Thats what happened to me… I used $1 in points and brought my total to less than $5! So i only rcvd the 50% pts back.. So annoyed 🙁
I got points back, just don’t use points to pay when you purchase the towel. If your points don’t show up, save your receipt and call them. They’re usually very helpful

Did you already receive your points? Seems if you used ANY amount of points, you probably won’t receive any back.
Everything I see (receipt, order confirmation, etc..) show the points. Before I applied the $3 in points it showed $13.xx in points back and then it dropped to $11.xx after applying the points. I believe that as long as the points are still reflected on the screen when you purchase you will receive them.

I called because I didn’t get points on my beach towel or wash cloths. – Even though it showed I would receive points on my purchase order form — I called – the supervisor on the phone told me the points showing on your purchase order is only an estimate – it DOES NOT mean you will get those points. Just like KMart to do this.
