I’ve heard that it’s difficult and frustrating to cancel Honest’s automatic subscription service.
When I requested cancellation by email, they replied that their policy is that customers cancel by phone. So I replied that in a previous phone conversation with customer service, I told them cancelling by phone is a hassle and was told I could also cancel by email or chat. They replied that they would cancel my account.
