Once per product brand. So if you have a coupon for herbal essences that’s $1.50 off you can only use it one time. I think after a month it resets. But each brand that has a coupon will only be once per brand, Keebler can be used once, not one time for 3 different products
The part about it shipping free if you have a credit from choosing no rush shipping isn’t true. The least out of pocket will be $5.99 no matter what. I promise. So if you want to make use of your $5.99 credit (and use ALL of it) you’ll have to have another $5.99 worth of items after all other discounts.
I didn’t like the prime pantry credit. I’m glad they have video credits again.
Yes that’s true. The minimum out if pocket will always be $5.99. Still makes for awesome deals if you pair it right. I just did an order that was $23 and some change before coupons and credits, I paid just over $8 shipped after 6 coupons, pantryjul, and $5.99 credit.

The last pantry box I did where you got free shipping with 5 eligible items, I could never get it to come off. Chatted with someone who verified all my items were eligible, just didn’t know why it didn’t take it off. They quickly applied it for me though, option if anyone is having issues with that.

Last time I ordered they packaged things so horribly. The chips and oreos were a broken/crushed up mess. Since then I think about what I am ordering together.
Send them a message about it. I emailed them because they had packaged a bag of chips between a 6 pack of Gatorade and a 12 pack of pop. Needless to say I got a bag of crumbs. They refunded the chips for me though.

Grabbed a bunch of great “beach” things – 8pk of Gatorade (the gatorade works out to five 32oz bottles which are often on sale for $1 a piece at my local grocery store – so at this sale price I’m paying the equivalent of $.68/ea delivered to my door – great deal!), a 16pk of Rice Krispies Treats, Ghirardelli Brownie Mix, Reeses Chocolate/PB spread & 20 Ct Frito Lay Snack Pack bag all for just about $15! GREAT deal. It would have come to somewhere arund $24 at my local store(s). And I had a $5.99 “no rush” credit that applied to the shipping automatically – no problems there. THANKS COLLIN!

Only way to check is to look at the benefit emails they sent, or you could try chatting with Amazon. Unfortunately there’s no place to check it yourself like you can with digital credits.

Just sent a bunch of snacks to my nephew in another state that is laid up after being in a car accident a couple of days ago. He’s okay but will be at home for at least 2 weeks. I got him: Doritos, Slim Jims, Gatorade, Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts, 3 packs of Twizzlers, Pop Tarts, Cheez-Its, Quaker Granola Bars and Rice Krispie Treats. No way I could have gotten all of that for $18 at a grocery store (especially the value pack sized items) not to mention the expense of shipping it to him. So I tried to place a second order to maximize my pantry credits and the 35% off is not coming off. I’m not ordering items I already ordered, they’re different items.

Looks to me like the 35% is only coming off one item and I put several in the cart. I think it is a one item, one time use.
I give up. Spent alot of time selecting items. Did not give me tne $5.99 shipping off. Realized I had to select from specific items. Went back and selected three more items because two I had were there too. It still will not credit.

So I think I’ve figured it out. You’re only allowed 1 item 35% off from each category (snacks, beverages, etc). I placed 2 orders and got the 35% off chips, Gatorade and oatmeal. I could not get the 35% off to come off any more than 1 from each category.
