What’s the catch?

By signing up for this FREE QBox, you are enrolling in a monthly subscription. Future monthly QBox shipments are $14.98 plus a discounted shipping rate of $4.95 (regular shipping rates are $7.95). HOWEVER, you can cancel your subscription at any time by calling customer service at 844-376-7567 Monday-Friday, 8:30 – 5 pm CST. You will receive an email 5 days prior to order shipment notifying you that your next QBox is ready to ship. After the 5 days, and the order is processing, the cancel would take effect the following month.

    I noticed a few people said here they changed their subscription from “monthly” to a little longer. I went to do the same because I’m single & live alone, so don’t really need products every single month, but I can’t find the option. Was it removed? Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

      We are so excited for you to receive your QBox!. This is Adrienne from SQUIX customer service and when you are logged into your SQUIX account if you go under QBox (left navigation bar), right above where the products are listed you can move your date out 30 days.

      You can do that as many times as you need to.

        Thank you Adrienne! Just a (hopefully helpful) note, you CAN type in any date you want, but the calendar pop-up feature won’t let you select a date beyond the date listed, even once you manually type in a new date. In my case that is August 13th. That’s where my confusion stemmed from.

        I also just want to make sure, this won’t affect my first box shipment, will it?
