   Is jcpenny making a comeback?? haven’t been there in a while bc it was all out of wack with sales,etc. last time…have they stepped up their game where this gift card would actually be a good deal over the hassle of exceptions and poor selection?

    Be aware that JCPenney online and calling in to place an order only allow you to use 2 gift cards. Very upsetting when family gives you gift cards to buy new refrigerator and you can only use 2 gift cards. They don’t have this listed anywhere.
