So it’s been an hour into the sale and site still down!
Ugh. I was just in store today to get a new bra. I asked about the $10 off a bra coupons as I haven’t gotten any in quite some time and the associate told me they aren’t sending them out anymore because of lower price points on some bras (like sports bras). I noticed several things had gone up in price, like the panties that are usually 3/30 are now 3/35.
They actually no longer send out the millions of magazines and catalogs with the coupons by mail. I have always received a TON of mail and emails with oodles of freebies (thanks to the vip status lol) but haven’t received ANYTHING in months other than my $15 bday reward. I’ve always been a big fan of VS because you truly can get crazy deals there, but if they’ve discontinued codes and coupons, then I’m devastated because I REFUSE to pay top dollar like I used to. LOL. I’m spoiled now.
I totally agree. Where is the incentive to shop there, considering their prices are too high and the quality has gone down. No deals, no shopping:)
Yea, they told me they stopped sending catalogs and coupons. Instead they’re switching over to social media. I didn’t even get my bday reward. When I emailed them, they couldn’t do anything about it. Honestly, I dont see a point in shopping there or keeping Forever Status

Spread the word: I called customer service today and told them I was unable to take advantage of their sale and free shipping because their site was down. They honored the 25% off one item and free shipping!

I would try a different representative. They even took off tax somehow. Was called “Victoria secret funds” I believe. Took off 25% , shipping and tax. Was able to get bombshell perfume, the free tote and a hoodie for 72$
