I can’t get the code to work on any of the backpacks I have looked at for my daughter. They are all marked as clearance 🙁 The free shipping automatically applies when I put one in my cart, but not an extra 50% off.

I tried to order the black backpack like in your picture and was not allowed to use the code despite it clearly saying closeout. I called Customer service and spoke with the Day supervisor, Veronica, and was, basically told that the site said only 3 certain colors which it DOES NOT. It was a very unpleasant experience — basically bait and switch and I am sooo upset at the poor response.

I had some issues then realized the coupon is color specific to the model, not just the model. When you click a color, right above the color selection, it will say if it is eligible for an extra 50% off.

We have 2 of the tactic backpacks we use for hiking and they are great. They are very comfortable and well made. Just bought one for my son as he loved mine when he went hiking with us recently.
