Agreed!! I bought a gift card a week ago. The amount was taken out of my bank account instantly and it still states it’s “processing” I am beyond annoyed with this issue!!
I’ve never had a problem with them, but if you do and pay with a credit card, there’s no risk.
I use Raise all the time. Like any time I purchase something online or have an option for in store pickup. I get a discount because I buy the gift card and then cash back from sites like ShopAtHome when I make my actual purchase. I’ve never had a problem with the site…except for when someone beats me to the gift card I want! 😉
Sorry to hear that Susan! 🙁 Thanks for the honest feedback!
Yep I got ripped off by them!!
Oh bummer! Were you able to contact them about the issue?
I’e used Raise a dozen or so times and haven’t had any problems. Once I submitted accidentally but they refunded my purchase. I highly recommend them.
Glad to hear that Kim! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Does anyone know how to use that 5$ credit? When I go to checkout page, it keep asking me to put payment method and not see any options to use the credit.
I have used Raise.com to purchase a couple thousand dollars worth of Target gift cards and have had no problems with any transaction
Awesome to hear! Thanks for the great review!
I’ve used raise a ton of times too, for lots of different stores. Just one issue with a dunkin donuts card. It had a balance, but the seller apparently did not remove the card from their account so it would not load. Raise helped immediately and got it fixed.
Glad to hear they were able to help you so quickly! Thanks for the feedback Jenny!
I use them a lot… use them any time I am going shopping. Have had trouble with cards that the seller was not honest. They handled it very quickly and I received credit within a day or two. they are quick to follow up. I recommend you buy cards that you will use within 90 days… they will reimburse you if you have any problems.
I use Raise all the time. I’ve purchased over 100 gift cards totally over $5,000 from them and have never had an issue. I only buy e-cards though so I can’t speak for physical cards. I love that I can save on pretty much anything since they have cards for so many stores.
