Sports Authority stores across the country are hosting their final sales as many plan to close by the end of July. As you can see from the pictures in this post, many items are marked down by as much as 90% off including baseball accessories, football accessories, mouth guards and more!
I spotted fantastic buys on TOMS shoes, Nike shoes, cups, football gloves, Adidas socks and more! Have you shopped the final sale at your local Sports Authority too? What deals did you find?

Is this all stores? Because there is one close by me that just opened in within the last year. I havent been in there recently but there are no signs out front that I saw. And its not coming up on the store locator online.
Yes they’re all closing. Some stores have already closed. Initially only select stores were set to close but the company changed that to include all stores. If I remember correctly they will still sell things online, but could be wrong about that.
Their website says that their webstore is closed, so I think they’re just done and gone
LJ, are you thinking of Academy Sports? I get them mixed up all the time, and thought that the Academy Sports near us was closing after just opening less than a year ago. Then I realized I was mistaking them for Sports Authority. Phew, because I love Academy!
Yes, I think you’re right! I tried to google sports authority in my town but academy sports came up. I didnt think it made much sense to open a brand new store and then close it right away.
The Hazlet, NJ store is 75% off and is closing on the 26th.
I have 3 stores that I know of in my area. One said it closes in 6 days that other says it closes after today. Not sure on the other store. Picked up a pair of ice skates for my daughter for $7.
