Got the dinosaur for the gift closet. Thanks!

    • Heather

Just out of curiosity, what do you all use as your gift “closet”? Like container wise. I don’t have an actual closet I can devote to gifts so I’ve been using a plastic tub but my gift closet supply is starting to exceed the tub size😁. I guess I need to buy a bigger tub (or give away some of the gifts!) but first wondering what you all use to hold your gift closet supply. Thanks!

This was my issue then I just a project that I make bags for birthdays for the children of a local food bank… Now I have a purpose to all my “deal” buying of all the toy deals I see on here… This have been a great project not only for me but my kids too!

      • Judy

I use a card board box that I can slide under my bed

      • Jennine

Collin did a video once, of under the bed tub storage. I get excited about all the good deals too and always end up with too many. Have people in mind for the gifts already. Take note of how many gifts you gave the year before and to who. Collin is constantly posting awesome deals, where I don’t feel the need to splurge on the “what ifs” as much 🙂 hth sounds like you have a good supply on hand for those party moments. I’m totally getting the Dino!! I know exactly who I’m giving it to 🙂 happy gifting 🎉

I have a shelf in my closet that I currently use. My daughter is only 2.5 so she doesn’t go in there.

      • Becky

We have an area in the basement dedicated to gifts. Mostly on those metal shelves in bins.

      • Rose

I have a 5 stand storage shelf which I got from Hone Depot around 40 on sale. Then I use it for all deals I Buy like Shampoo, Toilet Paper etc. and I bought a large container to fit the very top thats were I put all the Christmas Gifts and Birthday Gifts. Great way to keep the kiddos out of looking whats inside to high to reach 😊

For the woman that asked where she can store her deep disc. Items w/ little closet space. At disc. Home stores (ex. Christmas tree shop- hm goods- target Eveb) Kmart etc. purchase an inexpensive shelf unit; (garage style wrks great) & load up on bins when their on sale sort by what ur getting for deep disc. Or free (like / shampoo -deodorants etc ) and stack n label on the Rubbermaid / or wood shelf unit in a spare/craft or even garage room. I did this n now it’s act. Organized I have a “drop room” where everything now goes. All sm. Items go in the shoebox size ones (I have a 17yr old daughter + her friends )& 5 young adult/ Godchildren – who “shop” in my extra supply bins when their over. As 4 the toys I have 8 great God kids and nieces n nephews; I loaded up on toys b4 and bin by gender /ages. But – one can get carried away / only X to use the magic bins is if extra $ to spare n u kno u will b able to give it for a bday – holiday gift Ect. Or #2. U got items so cheap or free u can’t pass up! Most; (Kroger-targrt- Kmart) has discounted bins daily; I legit have 10 shave held in one plastic bin. N didn’t pay more than 10cents each if at all. Buying good razors when on sale for $5.99 at cvs (ex) & use a $3-5 off cpn +$2 in extra bucks. That’s a deal. Naturally ur buying it n storing it 4 later. Same with any item u will use. As 4 other great deals. Merchandise. Get a pre Christmas wish list together then start deciding what u can afford to buy now (like the one lady did w/ that Dino. I paid $18 on blk Friday for that) so her buying at under $10 is a deal. N if she knew the child will love it. Then buy it n put in ur bin on ur shelf unit. FYI: CMS has nice shelves on sale (assembly required) for under$30. But if ur a serious stock up person go for the large Rubbermaid style ones! N basement or garage works great too. When the closets are too filled! (+ it seriously gave me more space in my stock up closets. Now I can actually put out all of my summer shoes instead of shoving pairs on top Bc of my stock up piles) ! Lol. Good luck.

I have storage bins in my garage. One large one is stuff for my son. I have two smaller boxes for two best friends’ kids then a misc bday bin. It has saved me a lot over the years for last minute bday gifts and or I use it to match a tshirt or something else I do buy new with a cheap color book or a Barbie.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yay! You’re welcome!

  2. Brandi B.

Thank you! I bought some Christmas gifts for my little Star Wars lovers! The Darth Vader voice changing helmet ($59.99 on clearance for $11.99 before coupons) and R2D2 ($79.99 on clearance for $39.99 before coupons) were also a great deal! They are going to freak out! I spent $60.48 after tax. I bought one caterpillar pull toy, two 31 inch storm troopers, one R2-D2 and one Darth Vader Voice Changer Helmet.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome! Glad you could score so many great deals! You’re most welcome!

  3. Brandi B.

  5. dealhousewife

I got one. I have checked my percentage yet though!

  7. Reese

It’s not working for me 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How odd. Are you by chance on a mobile device?

  8. Cristina

Oh man! The caterpillar toy is not available, it says out of inventory.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Thanks for the heads up!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      How exciting!

  11. DJ

I didn’t know where to post this. Right now at HEB stores if you purchase a $50 gift card for Kohls you will get a $10 HEB gift card.
I also was able to pick up 2 of the Darth Vader masks for my nephews. They are huge Star Wars fans!

    • Allison

Thank you I didn’t know this! Will pickup a gift card there tomorrow.

  12. Melloddie

I got my boys minion costumes for Halloween with the 40% from email. Went through ebates app for a 6%cb. Yay!

  13. Alex

I sure hope stuff is left! I’ll chk it out on Monday – the khols toys – but also 4 those that may of gone a little cra-cra on the toy sales; consider donating to toys 4 tots or another worthy organization. Congrats to all who got great toys! Ya is right!!!

  14. Rebecca

Dang, would have loved to put some of these up for Christmas but just had a lovely car repair that ended up nearly $500(versus the $200ish we were expecting). Gotta love that lol. Oh well, I know Collin will post some amazing deals later this year I’ll be able to grab!❤ On another note, does anyone have reviews for those dinos? Wondering if they’d end up being a toy they’d play with for just a day then forget about lol.

  15. michele

The JULY4FREE code is saying it’s only for card holders.

    • CouponShopper

Yes… Fee shipping is only for cardholders.

  16. Tharen

Thank you! I managed to get 15 Star Wars shirts for my daughter( for the coming years as girls Star Wars stuff is sometimes hard to snag), the stormtrooper and a hockey jersey for $66! Ebates also popped up an extra $5 back when I spent $25 at Kohl’s.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  17. Pao

Got 2 dinos! For when my daughter gets invites to boys bday parties, and ordered one of each of the other toys for my best friend too!
I just keep all my gift closet in the attic, and its easier for me to just go upstairs and have them organized and pick out a toy when i need it! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for all the deals collin!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      That’s awesome! YW!

  18. Momto2

Were these codes only good for the 24th? I keep trying but it says they are expired.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)
