Ok, called customer service. He suggested I needed to create an account first (which didn’t make sense, but I did it anyway. That didn’t work. I called back and talked to a different rep and he looked up the item (the Iams) and although it shows prices for multiple bags, when you click on them it resets to 1 because at the sale price you are only allowed to buy a single bag.
Hmm, are you able to clear your browsing history and try again? I was just able to add four bags to my cart. Hope this helps!
Just tried from my husband’s computer. Before I logged into Jet, it only showed the option for a single bag. After I logged in, it showed options for adding multiple bags, but again, when I clicked to add multiple bags, it refreshed the screen and reset to a single bag. The rep I talked to pulled up the item and told me I could only order one per account. 🙁 I will call again.
Just got off the phone with a third rep. She said that it is because of their shipping guarantee. There is only one available to me based on where I am (near Austin, TX) that they can guarantee based on delivery date, so that is all that I am allowed to order. I would have ordered 10. 🙁
Since I’ve gotten three different responses from three different reps, I really don’t know.
