I have been looking for a second fridge from the last month…since it is going to b kept in the basement im not concerned about the sleek looks and the cheaper it is the better…is this samsung model worth the extra money compared to the simple ones for $800

If you get the stainless steel, get the Weiman wipes. They work so well and keeps finger prints off for a long time. They are sold at Target as well as Amazon

I bought Samsung products last year. I cant caution everyone enough, their customer service is terrible and 3/4 appliances I bought were defective. If you get a good one your lucky- the quality has gone way down 🙁

I agree with you Julie, their customer service is really bad. My brand new Samsung washer wouldn’t stop spinning on the last cycle. I had to manually shut it off. When I called customer service they kept switching me from one person to the next and giving me different phone numbers to call. I had to have a technician come out twice because after it was “supposedly” fixed the same thing happened again. They finally had to change the whole mother board. I am thankful that the other appliances I bought were OK.
Talking about refrigerators …. Which are the best ones ? both price and longetivity? I have a Samsung from a previous owner and it’s working great . Though we will soon need to buy washer and dryer. Any recommendations ?
I have bought everything LG. All appliance package (same as Rachel Ray lol) washer/dryer, TV, cellphones, everything works great, never breaks, super quiet. Haven’t had to deal with customer service yet because I haven’t had any problems with anything. Wish they made laptops too.. haha
Per our repairman who practically became a part of the family when we had our Maytag front loader–Whirlpool top loader is the most reliable but get the manual controls.

Note samsung parts more difficult to find and more expensive if breaks. Also, u can do layaway at Sears can do online pay 1/4 down and pay off in 6 weeks 🙂
