whoo hoo!!! I just ordered one online and called customer service and she gave me a refund so that I could pay exactly $15 dollar for it. Now it took almost a hour on hold because she had to called the stores to verify. Choose a store that actually have this item in stock and it does not need to be in your area just pick one in your state that has it. The 1st store did not have any so they could not verify. The 2nd store had one but they said it was a clearance price and they do not price match clearance price. So I gave another store that was in my state that had one in stock because I kept telling her that was not a clearance price that it was on sale and she finally came back and said she would give me a refund sot that I will have it at $15 dollars. whooo hoo.. Christmas is almost done.. So exited that I got this deal.
Hey so how much did they charge you for tax? I did the same and my tax was $4.20. I think they left the Original tax amount.
I bought 2 in San Diego and was charged $2.49 tax.
Has yours shipped mine still hasn’t in pretty sure they are canceling some of the online orders

Just a word of warning. The stores and online reps are on to this pricing mistake. I tried calling the website five times. I called every store in my state that was 3 hours or less away as well. They are pulling them all. Everyone I spoke with today was irritated and accusatory. THEY made an ad mistake; we did not. Remember that if they are mean to you. Don’t let them dishearten you. It can’t hurt to try, but please, please don’t get your hopes up too high. They’ve had me in knots since yesterday, and this mornings lecture took the cake…

I called both stores in my area and they didn’t have it. I was planning on going later to see if they would give me a rain check. Hoping to pick up for my daughter’s first birthday!
I was able to get one at 8:00 am this morning at my local target. Headed over to the next town as the website said they had 1. They didn’t. I went to next target that said they had 2, also none. Called the next two stores first store said 50.99, next guy said they were no longer 15 but 50.99. I’m so happy I got the last one at my local store. I know my great niece will love it!

Agreed Rachel. Today has been a big fat no at all the stores I have called. I think that most stores have received the update of the pricing error and are quoting $50.99 if they have any at all.
FYI that the froggy drum set is ringing up at $25.49. I had to take it back to customer service with the tag from the shelf to get them to price adjusted.

I went all over my local area calling everyone and when I finally found one a lady literally yanked mine out my hands. Not gonna lie, I cried. Wasn’t expecting this madness. I’m a first time mom. I have a raincheck, but someone said they weren’t honoring those… =( I want all the proof I can get.
Hello. I don’t mind e-mailing you, but I’m guessing based on my exchange yesterday that it won’t result in success. I went to the store yesterday completely unaware of this deal and was walking through the toy section after a quick grocery stop. I saw the little tag advertising the $15 for a $60 cube and thought that was a great deal, so I took the tag (since there were none left) to an associate and requested a couple of rainchecks. When the rainchecks were printed, I noticed the price on the raincheck was $50.99 and not the $15 as per the tag. I asked the associate why there was a price difference and he said he didn’t know. He called another associate and she stated that there must have been some sort of error and I was out of luck. They then took the tag.
I continued to shop through the toy section and found another section where these toys were previously displayed. This time, I took a photograph of the tag and then also physically took the tag with me. I then tried to contact Target Customer Service to inquire why they are not honoring pricing that was live on the floor at the time I was there, but they were less than understanding. The rep told me, “we lost a lot of money on this error and we sold a ton of these at a huge loss, so even if the tags are out on the floor, we’re not honoring the price.”
I was upset by how I was spoken to and was telling a friend about my experience last night. She told me about this website and said to read up on this post. I now see everyone else is running into issues, too. I guess I’m sharing my story to hopefully save you all a lot of unnecessary stress.
So… even if you have a raincheck, I’m guessing you won’t have any luck because they’ve said they’re not honoring anything at this point, but I certainly wish you all the best!

I was able to grab two yesterday and got a rain check for a friend. After asking the Target Facebook admin, I was told the rain checks will not be honored 🙁
My raincheck was just honored yesterday so I would still try it.
Do you have to use a raincheck at customer service or can you just go to a regular checkout line?

I had called and went up they’re Sunday night because they had one, but when I got there it was gone. I got a rain check. I called every local Target store. I finally found one that had one coming in the next day. I went in Monday morning and there was one left. A lady literally grabbed it out of my hands and ran off with it! I was so upset I cried. I am a first time mom and had been wanting one of these activity cubes, but they cost more than $15 even used at consignment sales. Will they really not honor the rain check? I want this for my baby girl. Does anyone have an extra or any help on how to eventually get one?

Sunday night I found out about this deal. I called and they said there was one in Stock. I went up there and it was already gone. I called every store in the metro and finally found one that had one coming in on the morning truck. I went up there first thing and got it. Then a lady literally ripped it out of my hands and ran off with it. I was devastated. I am a first time mom and I eanted it for my daughters 1st birthday.

Just a heads up… I redeemed my RAINCHECK today. I got push back from the store. They said they would only honor it for one of the cubes (RAINCHECK was for 2) because the RAINCHECK was issued from their store. It was a bit aggravating but I’m pleased I got one!
I ordered one and said it would come that night from the warehouse. Didn’t receive a call so called and they said they had called…total lie! They called today said they found it but it rang up $50.99. Would not honor the sale price even after I should a picture of the tag! I hope everyone bombards target with emails and how they were not honoring their price tag when it was clearly marked! Super disappointed!
