  I’ve ordered many times from Tillys and never had a problem. They have great deals! Some clothes have been a little thin in quality but for a few dollars, it’s worth that. My order always ships in a timely manner. Most of the great deals are final sale so you cannot return but the price being so low makes things a great donation if it doesn’t fit😉

  I’ve ordered from here a few times! Got my orders without problem, but I’ve never had to contact customer service so I don’t know how reliable they would be in that department.

  The only time I’ve ordered from Tilly’s (purses a month or so ago) my order was canceled due to items being out of stock but they did remove the pending charge from my account so no issues there. It was annoying to spend so much time deciding what to buy only to have it canceled though.

   I’ve ordered from them several times and have always been very pleased. Shipping is a little slow, but for the quality and name brands of the merchandise, I’m cool with waiting! The last sale they had I scored some awesome camping gear, of all things, and it was wonderful. Happy shopping!
