It would not give me free shipping on clearance alone. I added one regular priced item and stacked the 40% off and that got me the free shipping on clearance items as well.

Yes! The codes are stackable, and may be used more than once. I ordered mod podge and photo transfer medium to make photo ornaments for the three couples whose weddings I was invited to this summer/fall 🙂 I placed two orders to get 40% off each item.
