They are very comfortable. I bought about8 pairs earlier in the year. Ihave only wore them for short time,so I can’t give along term review. All in all iwould say they are abit better than what you might think.

I often wonder if things like this work. I mean, my idea of a “massage” is relaxing, feet up, being massaged. That is effective. But something like this, does it work? You are walking around, exerting energy, your feet are somewhat in the same position on the shoe…so the “bumps” wouldn’t they just be in the same spot on your foot? How much of a “massage” are you getting. Are you just walking around on a surface your foot will get used to?
