If you have issues, be sure to pull up the ad either on your phone or grab a copy at the store and the cashier/manager should adjust the price accordingly. The sale was found on page 31 of the ad for me.
Thank you for this! I was there this morning and purchased three 4-pks of doubleshot espresso. Target charged me $4.99 each – no buy 2 get 1 deal. I am going back with my receipt after seeing this.

Only the lipton tea is buy 2 get one free, it says it on the mobile site, the rest are on sale for 4.99 but still a great deal.
I was able to purchase three packs for $6.03.
They rang up full price, they then gave me a “coupon” for $4.99, then I used my Carthweel for the 25%off, then used my lovely Target Debit card to get an extra 5% off, and there you go, $6.03. I’m going to go back later this week, these would be super cute Halloween gifts with a bow for teachers!
I got the deal…a cashier with the monitoring of 3 other cashiers …gave me the third one free. Some of them even stated they planned to buy some when their shift was over. Lol
