Are you supposed to use muffin lingers with the tin? Im thinking this would b great for make ahead lunches., and dinners. Trying to cut calories also. And if anyone uses them ,how do u like them ? TIA

I did not love my silicone muffin pan. It is tricky to get into the oven when it has batter in it as it is floppy. You do not need to use liners however b/c stuff slides out nicely. I ended up getting rid of mine when purging my cabinets.

I use my silicon muffin pan all the time! No liners are needed. I put it on a cookie sheet (before filling the cups), this makes it easier to get in & out the oven, as you have something stable to grip.
