Interesting usually it tells me how many points I earned. But this time it just said, points have been added to your account. When I checked under account activity, it shows code entry but does not show any points next to it?
took sometime to refresh, but finally got it.

It did the same thing to me when I text the code. So I pulled up my account online and it showed the points there.

Anybody else getting an error message?
I just logged in and discovered all of my points were gone. Apparently I haven’t logged in for awhile. Rookie mistake. Anyway, I did a live chat. I think she said something was going on with their system right now, and she couldn’t see how many points I had. This could be why people are having difficulties. Anyway, I told them approximately how many points I had, and she put them back into my account. Very nice of her to do that, because it was my mistake.
I also logged in and found all my points were gone. I had just redeemed 850 for a coupon late last week and I still had a few thousand left. So I don’t think it was because you hadn’t logged in for awhile. I’ll check back tomorrow and see if it has updated anything.
This just happened to me, too. I had something like 11,000-12,000 points and now I only have 800. I actually have logged in recently (last week to print some coupons).So weird! Will have to wait until tomorrow to do a live chat. Thanks for the info!

thanks – i thought i entered codes already im glad i tried to enter themi must have forgot to enter them when they were posted on the 17th i usually enter codes when i see them on here so i dont forget or they expire but thanks again.
