to answer your question. this coupon can be used at any retail store of your choice, not just walgreens.
i know on the coupon it has the walgreens logo, but it a manufacturer coupon, meaning, can be used anywhere.

Annie, sometimes you have to educate the store staff when a manufacturers coupon has another store logo on it. I learned from Hip2Save some time ago that a mfr coupon generally has two bar codes while a store specific coupon has only one bar code. Also the mfr coupon has an address where the coupon will be mailed so the store can get their reimbursement. A store coupon doesn’t have a mailing address because the store knows what to do with their own coupons. Of course even after educating the staff, some stores still do not accept such a coupon as you may have read on some other comments on H2S. It’s interesting because some people say their Walgreens accepted them and some say theirs did not so YMMV (your mileage may vary). If it’s not accepted I have told the cashier I was doing it for the coupon savings and politely asked to cancel or void the transaction. Good luck.
I went to three Walgreens and not one store has these in stock! Ugh!
