Does anyone know if you have to have a recent prescription? Or can it be years old?
I don’t think it matters. You’re the one paying for them so whatever prescription you put in is what they’ll make:) Don’t think you need a “doctor’s”
I just ordered last month for my hubby and put in his prescription. There was no verifying of doctor or prescription or anything like that.
Actually, that is not correct. You must have a prescription dated within one year to purchase glasses or contacts in most states.
Here’s some first hand knowledge/experience…I just got mine in the mail today. My prescription was expired by 5-6 months and they never made me verify expiration date, send a copy of prescription, or contacted the doctor etc. So I don’t think it matters.
