Just bought the cover girl brow and eye makers and was told I could only use one $3 off coupon:(
Because your 2nd item price goes below the value of the coupon, the computer will beep and not allow the use of the 2nd $3 off coupon.
Happened to me, even had a manager come over and refuse the coupon after explaining this to me. 🙁
Others *may* have better luck… but it WILL beep at the register if the price of 2nd item you purchase is below the value of the coupon.
