I tried to submit online first but couldn’t submit photo of receipt because it had price circled already and you weren’t supposed to have anything written on the receipt. Then it took me forever to locate an address where to mail my rebate submission. Please make it easier to find an address in the future.

I know you need to buy it by October 23, but how long do I have to submit the rebate? I couldn’t find an expiration date for the rebate and I need some time to get a copy of the form from someone else’s computer. Thanks

Now it says this offer is no longer available meaning I can’t get the form! I found on another site that it needed to be postmarked by October 30. Why aren’t we able to get the form until October 30??????

What a rip off….I purchased the Amope gel inserts within the time frame and then proceeded to the website to download the rebate form prior to the deadline only to discover that it is no longer available. Glad I did not open the package and still have the receipt,I am taking them back to RitAide …this is false advertising!

They said that you didn’t need to have the rebate form. Write your name & address on a 3×5 index card, attach the UPC and receipt and mail it in to the address listed in the posts above.

thanks collin. i called and they told me that it is too soon to track when i am getting the rebate. i sent it in quite a few weeks ago. they said it takes 8 to 10 weeks.
Why are they commercials still advertising free….this only discourages me to use this name brand. False advertising!

I submitted my rebate online on September 29, and I still haven’t received my check yet. It’s suppose to be an eCheck too which is faster. Anyone having luck with this?

I received my e-check yesterday, printed it out, then did mobile deposit through Bank of America and it was accepted!
That is good , I did Mobil got a msg from my bank that info is missing from class and tried ATM !did not work , bank neither so I called them to mail me a check , they will send it 2-3 weeks .

I sent my rebate in Oct. 20 and still haven’t received it. 🙁 It’s been 11+ weeks and it was only supposed to take 8 – 10???? How long can it take to send an echeck?
I received my e-check last month but the link to the check didn’t work so I emailed the agency and they told me they would send me a check in the mail. Sure thing it showed up in the mall in 2 weeks! I think it’s worth emailing them if you are still waiting. That got back to me in 2 days when I emailed them.

I actually just called them at 866-252-5327 (thanks Collin (Mrs. Hip) for posting the phone number above). The gentleman I spoke with told me my rebate is “in process” and it shouldn’t be much longer. Very pleasant phone call – the number goes directly to the people you need to speak with and they pick up the phone (no menus with a gazillion selections, holding, etc.) and they are able to advise what the status of the rebate is. Good luck!

Well, here it is, over 6 weeks later from my Jan. 10 post and STILL no rebate! I just called 866-252-5327 again and spoke with Shamika (sp?). She’s “reaching out” to the company that sends the rebates and will get back to me…will believe it when my check is in my hand! It’s now been 18 weeks since I submitted the rebate. 🙁
