My husband cleaned and fixed it.
Also have Oreck XL 21, very noisy, my husband tried to fix. Every year took it in for a check up, now wasted the money, cant usee it. . I think it needs new motor …. we still have other Orecks.
When I need new one, we are on the fence whether we ever buy Oreck again!!!!
