I am a newbie to KFR. Can someone tell me where to enter these codes please? I can only find one place on the website to enter a code (where it says enter 16 digit code and it inserts the dashes and then asks where I purchased???). I’m thinking that’s not the spot as I didn’t purchase anything. Although I tried it anyway last time and just selected a store at random and it said your points have been added but they were never added. Thank you!
That is where I enter the points and I just select “other” for the store and don’t type in a store. I have never had any problems getting the points to be added. HTH!

You are at the correct spot to enter the code. Just click on the down arrow beside “where did you buy?”. This will cause the submit button to light up red and allow you to hit submit…no need to pick a store! Your points should be added immediately! Hope this helps!!

Ever since they switched to all texting for the receipts, I have lost points! Half my recipes don’t work and I am following all the suggestions and rules. It is soooo frustrating—I like texting in codes but not receipts!!! I wish they still had codes inside. I’ve lost about 10,000 points I’m guessing over the last 4-5 months!!! What are the real tricks to getting your receipt approved??
You can try highlighting your items… just a thought but I’ve had to do that with savings star numerous times. Very frustrating. Also make sure you have a close enough picture of your receipt so it’s easy to read and make sure it’s not blurry. I totally understand your frustration. Good luck!
I’ve only submitted around 5 receipts or so since they started doing that….all have been accepted. I make sure to take a clear picture of the receipt in its entirety and I put a star/asterisk next to the Kellogg’s item so it’s faster for them to approve the receipt.
Email them! They have excellent customer service and will add your points! It’s only through email but don’t worry they do get to you! I’ve emailed them so many times about various issues and have always gotten a response and my points within a few days.
