When I tried to order this, it added the sample automatically, then I tried to checkout and it wouldn’t let me until I removed the sample it added from my cart, because it said it was unavailable. Did anyone else have better luck?
I had the same issue except I used paypal and now there is a pending charge when the order didn’t even go through. I cancelled it since it said try again. Ugh. I replaced the order using a credit card and it processed but the sample is out of stock. Now I have to call Macy’s to remove the pending charge if not it will be there for 30 days. I hate paypal sometimes 😠

Where do we see the $5.00 credit if it was offered to us? I looked into my account but did not see it applied anywhere. I selected it when i went through the order.

Update.. got an email at 6:30 tonight that the Macys money was added to My Wallet on Macys.com account. It’s there and valid 10/27-28.
Ugh, any idea when this no rush shipping started? I made a couple orders a day before but don’t remember exactly if it was offered. I would’ve opted for it too if given the choice as I wasn’t in rush at all.:(
