So I looked up women’s for converse and when I select size it’s pulling up M and then the size. So when I size chart it, it says the 7-7.5 for women’s is around 5 for men. So do the men look different than the women’s or can I buy a size 5 men and it look the same?
I think these are for men and women. When I looked at the sizes it shows Men sizes and right next to it is has a W for women sizes.
I am a size 7 women and when I ordered converse in the past I order M5/W7 and they fit perfect. Hope this helps

I wear Chucks a lot and have way too many pairs so I can offer advice. They are designed to be unisex. Order your true size. They are slightly narrow so do not order if you have wide feet. They are a flat shoe with no arch support at all. However, if you adjust the laces, you can easily add a different insole to fit your needs. If they aren’t comfortable, try adjusting how the laces are laced and it should make a difference. You can search on Pinterest for various lacing techniques based on needs of your feet. I would not recommend these for days you will be walking or standing a ton due to the lack of support. They are great for desk jobs and casual days.
They last a really long time. It will start to fall apart but are still wearable. One pair I have had for ten years. The fabric on the inside of the heal is gone and the support is showing but I can still wear them.
