I ordered the mermaid blankets before as well and was skeptical after reading all the comments on here, but I rcvd both and am pleased. I cannot speak to their quality as they will be a X mas gift but they look adorable!

I have ordered from Sammydress before and everything was nice. My only recommendation is that their sizing is a lot smaller than ours since it’s from China so be careful about reading the measurements.

I’d definitely be skeptical about this. First of all, it’s labeled on the website as a knitted hat and that’s definitely not a knit in the picture. I’ve crocheted hats identical to this and the time and technique required to make even one is a lot more than you’d think. I’d be very surprised to hear that anyone receives exactly what is shown in the photo. They’re simply too expensive and time consuming to produce for them to sell them at such a low price. It’s a shame too because a lot of people make handmade hats like this and these knock off companies belittle the hard work of handmade crafters.

There is a disclaimer that some countries require an additional fee, and the shipping time is 10-25 days. I have ordered before and my bank charged me an IAT fee of 10.00. Buyer beware.

Is this a legit website? They just sent me an email wanting me to verify my payment method by sending either a color copy of my passport or a copy of a utility bill!!!!! I used paypal. Obviously I would never send that info to a company in China, so I’m canceling my order. It seems like my identity could be stole rather easily with all that info!
