Any hints on how to get hopster coupons to print? The software never seems to work for me. I am using Firefox.

My regular Curad coupon on Mobisave was $.50, so the $1 is better for me.
Mobisave rejects the receipts from my Dollar Tree store. They don’t have enough itemization on them.
Mobisave tried to do that with my Dollar Tree Popcorners purchase. I contacted them and said I would send a picture of the bag if necessary. They looked at it again and approved. I had the same problem with some Way Better chips, but after sending more documentation they worked with me and approved the payoff.
I also can’t print coupons from Hopster. I tried doing so on Internet Explorer and Firefox. Internet Explorer won’t even load the page. I downloaded the app, and it prints, but the scale is way off, and cuts off most of the coupon so that you can’t see it. I can’t get the Curad coupon to load in the app anyway. I followed everything in their FAQ on the website, but still no luck!
