Is anyone else having issues with their account after ordering from this company? I received the order conformation email but never received an email confirming shipment. I tried logging into my account but my login failed every time so I tried changing my password. I never received the change password link either. It was as if I didn’t have an account so I resigned up using the same email and I received a new welcome email. Its as if their system has crashed. My account shows no orders even though the money has been withdrawn from my paypal. I have emailed the company twice but no response so far.
