It’s not random…it’s actually their yearly December sale for BI/VIB/Rouge ($15/$20/$25 off a $50 purchase, respectively). In November they do 20% off for VIB and Rouge members, and in April 10% off for BI and 15% off for VIB/Rouge. Hope that helps.

Mine looks like that too, I think it’s just how the website is displaying the order. Check your bank statement though and it should be right.
Just go to your order details in your macys account and under billing information you will see the payment types..it will show two different payment types and they will say 0.00 for now with the order total..then as soon as it ships the values will be present. 🙂 Hope that helps!
