Ordered the compression leggings on 12/4. Just checked and they haven’t even been shipped yet! Does shipping typically take this long with Old Navy?

My orders from November 28th and December 3rd are still pending shipment.. Had I have known, I wouldn’t have ordered. I emailed customer service about it.

There was a fire at the Gap distribution center in Ohio this past fall. They are not back up to capacity. Maybe they are behind because of this.
This happened to me when I ordered around this time last year. I think they just get really busy and backed up during the holiday season.

Old Navy *free* shipping is ridiculously slow this time of the year. I ordered on Thanksgiving and just received yesterday!!

Two weeks after purchasing on Black Friday I got an email that the order was cancelled.
One of the men’s thermal tee says it’s $4.00 but in my cart comes up $14.00,???
