Anyone try to get a hatchimal?

    • Kristie

I tried…store opened at 8 I was there at 9:30 and they said that they were all out

      • Reyna R

Omg that sucks. This guy on fb was selling one for 100 dlls. I passed on the deal.

      • sophie

Ohh yeah. You have to be there when doors open up, if there isn’t a line already. Sorry you didn’t get one.

    • Terri

I called my store 10 minutes before they opened and guy said people were sleeping outside since night before!! He said they received 17 and all were accounted for before store even opened! (They give out tickets or something 30 minutes ahead of time). Whole thing is crazy!..by mid January the shelves will probably be full of them…have Santa leave a picture of one and an “I owe you from the north pole” letter…that’s my thoughts lol!

      • HK

That is a cute idea 😊

      • Rachel

There are gift cards from target with Hatchimals on them, perfect to “redeem” after the Christmas crazy!

        • Susie

          That’s a great idea!

    • dzabice@gmail.com

I saw a neat idea on one of these boards where the mom wrote a letter to her child telling her that the hatchimal will arrive after Christmas. Something to consider until the stores restock and you can get one without price gouging.

    • Rachel

We were successful, got the last ticket (34 tickets for our store) and got to Target around 5:45am. There was a 2 per person limit and almost everyone took two tickets so not very many people got one- but at least they knew by 6 am to go home or not. When we shared this coupon deal w our line mates, someone changed their mind about needing two and gave us their extra ticket for helping them out so we got 2 and $25 off- we are exhausted but happy. Felt bad for everyone behind us in line that got there seconds after we did, a few people in front of us had been there since 3 am!

I just used this to get a Lego and a Barbie stem set. The Barbie stem set was free. I’m super excited. I love this site. 😬

My mother in law got the nerf battle racer for my son and I am dying to ride it on Christmas! Nerf battles just hit the next level lol

I had bought a $200 Target gift card when they ran the 10% off special so I paid $180. Then I did two separate transactions of toys at $100 so I could get $25 off each. Saved $70 overall and finished all my Christmas shopping for the kids. I am also planning on price matching some of the items I purchased at Target since they are cheaper on Amazon. Also got 1% back through ebates which isn’t much but every little bit helps.

    • Roxxy

Great planning! So smart of you!

I have a free shipping code from Kohls if you still need one. Let me know.

      • Anu C

Thanks Lori. I’m looking for one for shutterfly.

        • Lori

I meant to say it is a free shipping code for Shutterfly that I received from Kohls. Will send you an email

          • Anu C

Oh that’s amazing. Thank you so much.

Does this offer work on video games?

    • TreeHuggingCouponer

It didn’t work with the games we got but since the coupon didn’t exclude video games our cashier(manager) manually took $10 off.

    Any drone deals

I got a $10 off of $50 any purchase by mail, Can I use both the toy one and the any purchase coupon to get $20 off of $50??

    • thanks!

No. They are both threshold coupons so you’d have to meet the threshold separately (i.e. spend $100)

  10. DeanOC

Bought the leap n roar lion, a princess playdoh set and a $9 Disney Princess Tiana doll and after stacking cartwheels with the $10/$50 and my 5% red card I paid just $26 for $54 worth of toys! Super happy since just the lion is $29.99. And yes for anyone wanting Hatchimals people line up at our Targets starting at midnight to be there in line to get a ticket for one. You’ve got to put in a lot of effort to get one these days.

Do $25 off $100 apply in the stores or do you need a coupon? Thanks

    • Amy

You need to text toys10 and you will receive a barcode to scan in store.

      • marsbar723

The coupon shows $10 off $50. Nothing about $25 off $100, but I haven’t tried it in the store yet

  12. MommySpendsLess

The Minnie Sweet Surprise kitchen playset (regularly $79.99) is on sale (online and at my local store) for $64.99. There’s a 30% off Cartwheel that drops it to $45.49 plus another $10 off from the toy coupon makes it $35.49! You give the $10/$50 coupon first, while your toy total is over $50 but it’s a category coupon so it doesn’t reduce the amount the Cartwheel takes off. I was super excited to get my little niece a great gift that was within my budget.

My sister sent me this letter from Santa. She might have found it on pinterest.
From the Desk of Santa Claus
Mrs. Claus and I understand you asked for a Hatchimal for Christmas. We are patiently awaiting the egg arrival expected in January. Upon the egg being laid, an elf will deliver the Hatchimal to your home. Please be patient with the egg laying process, you will get your special Hatchimal egg as soon as it has been laid.
    -Santa
I hope I don’t have to use it but it’s a great idea just incase.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

What a sweet idea! Thanks so much for sharing this! 😉

  14. Momof4boys

How do you get the $25 off!?? I have over $150 in my cart and it’s not taking the $25 off

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How odd. Are they all Toys? Are you on a mobile device? Sometimes that can cause issues. If not, maybe try it in a different browser. If that is still not working, I’m wondering if you might have a Toy in your cart that does not qualify for the promo? Hoping one of these options helps!
