Yes, these pears are amazing. And a little tip: Groupon still has vouchers for Cheryl’s and 1-800-Baskets which are owned by the same company and can be used at Harry & David. In fact you could purchase the $40 Baskets voucher for $20 and use it for the pears – saving an additional $9!
Actually now that my brain is working, the Cheryl’s would be an even better deal. Buy the voucher for $15 (for a $30 voucher) and save $14.99!

Really? It worked for me. I bought the Cheryl’s Groupon and used the voucher code on the H&D website where it says gift card, voucher, etc. It is a different line than the promo code one.
My Groupon shows a 6 digit “Redemption” code and a 6digit “Promo” code. There is a gift card, voucher space under “payment details” but is asking for a 19 digit number. Does that sound familiar?
All I can find in market these days are pears and apples! 🙂

Is your Cheryl’s voucher number a 19 digit code with a PIN number? I see a place to enter that on the H&D payment page… I just haven’t been brace enough to buy the Cheryl’s Groupon yet!

I order these for my family and they go quick. I ordered three boxes last week for $49 and thought that was a good deal. I only use Groupons to order these so I do save.

A friend sent us the pears, chocolate cherries and some other items as a Christmas/thank you gift for helping out with her mom who lives across the street from us. As other posters have said the pears are really yummy, they almost melt in your mouth. And the chocolate cherries were delicious too. I was also impressed by how everything is so nicely and securely packaged for shipping. Great gift!

Just ordered (without the Groupon). Check your confirmations. The free shipping code disappeared after I confirmed payment, so I had to call customer service. Was told the $12.99 would be credited back to my card. Also, my online confirmation clearly states that the order will arrive between December 20 and December 23. My email confirmation states the order will arrive by December 28. Don’t need them by Christmas, but it’s still bothersome.

I’ve never done ShopRunner. Is it worth it sign up for the free 30 day trial just to get the 2 day shipping on this?
I love shoprunner because I can use it at many different stores with free 2 day shipping.
Heidi, IF you have a Paypal account, check your account where they list all the offers to see if you have one that’s Shoprunner. I got one year FREE membership just for having a Paypal account.
Or if you have American Express card then you’ll have free membership too

I APOLOGIZE! It appears they have changed how they do the promo codes. I just tried it out myself and it won’t work. I had done it twice before since thanksgiving with no issues but they’ve clearly changed it. AGAIN I AM SO SORRY!!! Groupon is usually really nice about doing returns if you don’t need the Cheryl’s voucher.
I just got off the phone with customer service. I was told they do not honor Groupons for their affiliate company’s so no go on the Cheryl’s Groupon. I was also asking to see if the 2 boxes could be shipped separately to two different addresses and was told “no”. The pears come bundled together. Hope this helps answer some questions.

I love my shop runner ! I shop at a lot of the stores that it ships free from, and covers returns too! Groupon has been having shop runner for a year membership at $5 minus the days promo code.
Did anyone get shoprunner to work on this item? I can’t ever figure out how shoprunner works. I find it’s service pretty much useless and only bother since it is free with Amex.
I used a 1800 baskets Groupon that I had previously bought and saved just for this type of deal! Btw, the pears I received in the past are really delicious and long lasting so I hope these are the same!!
