I’m curious if anyone else has ordered personalized items in the last few weeks. I placed an order around thanksgiving and it arrived within 10 days. I loved them so much that I placed another order on Dec 5 and those haven’t even shipped yet. I really thought they would be here before Christmas but it’s obviously not happening. I’m so disappointed. 🙁
Ordered around nov 29 received on dec 12 call them I did because two separate packages and the personalized jackets were saying they were delivered . Was starting to panic needed them for the 15th so I called them got the right tracking number for them . Very nice person on the other end .
I received mine without ever getting a shipping out email, I guess they’re rushing to get them out but not notifying people, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you!
