You may want to call and confirm. Last time my store chose not to participate even though the flyers for THAT store advertised it. There were a lot of upset shoppers.

Often JCP, Boston Store, a few others, the coupon excludes so much that you can’t use it on anything. I used to just get a towel or candy upfront then JCP added candy as an excluded food item and not good on sale items and in these types of stores basically everything is on sale so maybe a waste of time in my opinion. i never have a issue, its usually name brand items (nike, levi, disney,) and like checkout lane items and beauty that are excluded
It’s usually name brands which is because those companies like Levi or Nike don’t want their products discounted
Jcpenney has very few exclusions on their coupons. Big name brands are excluded just like most other stores do as well because the companies will not allow them to give a discount on their products. Belk(a Southern department store) has so many exclusions it is hard to find anything that is on sale that you can use a coupon on. An they keep adding exclusions.
Jcpenney usually has really good deals when you combine their coupons with sales.

I have a JCP related question. I placed an order on the 17th and it said it will arrive in store between 21st and 27th. I’m hoping it will be here in time for Christmas, but I wish there was a way to track it. My account still says pending shipping, although it shipped already. I can’t get on the chat and if I call it says i have to wait for around 50 minutes to talk to an agent. Does anyone have any tips? it’s my first online order with them. Thanks.
Hi Roxy. I would suggest to call the store directly. I was on hold with customer service for about 40 minutes and then the rep told me to call my local store. I had to choose the option “list of departments” and then “jcp dot com” Hope this helps. Have a Merry Christmas!
This recently happened to me too. I had received an email stating my items had shipped but not an email that they arrived in store. I just happened to be at JCP and checked with the cashier and my items were there. Might want to check with your store. They might have them.
I’ve never had trouble with the coupons. It’s a clothing store, so there’s hundreds of clothing items that will work. I’ve also bought home items, even on clearance, pillow cases, decor pillows, bath rug, picture frames etc. Also fashion jewelry, purses, wallets, scarves, socks, flip flops etc etc. Lots of options if you’re not stuck on high dollar brands.
I’m wondering if she’s thinking of the Bon Ton. Their coupons for $10 off a $10 purchase exclude most items!
I was thinking the same thing. Bon Ton’s $10 off $10 are awful! I would be REALLY impressed if anyone could find anything that qualified. I dont waste my time on that gimmick anymore.
I always use these coupons on baby clothes. I can pick up a couple of items each time and have only paid a few dollars for all of my baby’s clothes.

Me too! We’re having a baby in March, so whenever JCP does the $10 off $10 my husband and I are there at open to get super cheap baby clothes.

I love the JCPenney coupons. They hv very limited exclusions and there is always a second $10 to use the following few weeks. I usually use this to get socks and slippers pjs. Best part u can use it on clearance and unlike bon-bon/ Carsons u can combine lower priced items to reach $10

Walked in Macy’s got my coupon GC, went to JCP got the one there. Got $2. 13 pack of socks for DS:) went back to spend the Macy’s one and the girl said here’s another one merry Christmas!! Used both to get DD a hogwarts shirt and DS school pants. Spent $3.22. Headed to charming Charlie!!
