Can google play videos be downloaded to a kids amazon fire tablet?

This will be vague because I am not tech savvy, but as far as I know there are ways to install a google platform and then install google play. I have an Amazon phone and I was able to do it on there. It works beautifully. I don’t remember the website I used but one have them has the four downloads you need all in one spot. It actually only takes a few minutes.
