I use mine as eyeshadow with a base that makes it stick——like the MAC paint pots.

So thankful this deal popped up! Hopefully the order doesn’t get cancelled. This is silly but when my husband and I were dating (and didn’t have kids and had plenty of expendable income!) I wore makeup every day, always MAC and chartreuse pigment was the eyeshadow he remembers me wearing when we first met. I haven’t bought it sense because I hardly wear makeup and it always seems so NOT sensible a purchase. It’s going to be a fun surprise when he comes home one day and I’m wearing it (he’s a nostalgic softie) and at $5 shipped it was a great price for a SAHM to treat herself. The tan is great for a neutral (it is pretty warm in tone) but I bet the rich purple would be striking on you! If you don’t want to be too adventurous, you can wet an eyeliner brush (in sterile water), dip it in the pigment and use it as a liner for a subtle pop of color.

They refer to pigment because it is not in a traditional pressed powder! It’s comes lose powder in little pill bottle form! HTH!
