Cartwheel offers are deducted after a Target Coupon. You would reach the $50, use the $10/$50 and then the Cartwheel Offer would apply. Hope this helps!
Besides Rachael’s Question Above, I also have some $2 peelie coupons that I wish to use. Just want to be sure that once I reach the $50 threshold, I can apply the coupons and the cartwheel.
