I got it and while reading over it, it says not to remove the pressure valve while cleaning it but doesn’t say way. I notice my husband does that every time we use it!

So, slightly off topic. I bought an Instant Pot before Christmas from a seller on Amazon. The transaction said it was covered by Amazon guarantees. Arrival date was supposed to be Jan 17. The shipping tracking number provided by seller was incorrect. Emailed seller… no response. Emailed on the 18th. No response again! What should I do next? Never been in this situation before 😭
Email amazon…they have an A-Z guarantee so they will try to get ahold of the seller and if they dont hear from them in a certain amount of days (I THINK its 10 business days) they will refund your money. Just send them an email (or call) and they will open a “case” for you and basically take over!
I’d live chat them. They seem to help better then.
