How do Bonus Rewards work?
They are different than your normal rewards. Your bonus rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks. Simply log in to or create your account at officedepot.com/rewards and click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.

Can I use the reward that I received from purchasing the banker boxes to purchase the Scotch tape?..and still receive the reward from the Scotch tape.

I tried to use the 20% coupon and still do not see the rewards. I plan on returning these overpriced taps back. Perhaps I would have gotten it back had I not used the coupon. Oh well.
