I’ve never used Checkout 51 but I use Ibotta A LOT. Can someone tell me about it?
Same idea. They offer cash back for buying certain products. I get fewer rebates/items of C51 than I do on Ibotta, but it’s easier to use (you don’t have to select a specific store, you don’t have to scan individual items – just the receipt).
Thanks! I will give it a try. How do I cash out with Checkout 51?
Also, you have to wait til your balance reaches $20 to request a check – which takes a couple weeks to get. ON CK51, the offers refresh every Thursday, so you have you have to get your recipets submitted before than or you miss out. Plus offer can be limited quanities. Several times I came home ot submit my reciept and the offer was already gone. BUT at least on CK51, you can do it from your desktop. I don;t have an Iphone or andriod phone, so I can;t participate in ibotta.
One time on checkout 51, I submitted a receipt and it was not accepted. When I reached to Customer service, they said it’s because the I used a coupon on the item I was claiming. I thought I submitted receipts in the past that I used coupons on…oh, well.
So you can’t use coupons??
I have, it may be on some items its excluded from using coupons. Always read the fine print on the offers, sometimes, some offers are for certain stores. Also each offer has a different quantity limit, somethings are just a one time purchase, sometimes you can buy up to 5 – and it doesn’t all have to be on the same receipt unless specified.
Joane, it depends on the offer. Some of them say specifically that it cannot be combined with other manuf coupon offers. If you use the app, when you click on an offer it’ll toggle to open up and give deal details. Sometimes it’ll be right at the top, other times you have to scroll down to the bottom for the complete terms.
Also, there are some offers that you DO need to scan in the bar code for verification. I use the app, so IDK about redeeming through the website, but it’s probably like SavingStar where you type in the bar code
