Awesome!! We buy Subway all the time!!! Thanks a lot Collin!!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Perfect! You’re welcome Jenny! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. Tracy

I have never liked a subway sandwich. Quiznos is so much better

    • David

Quiznos is 50% more expensive and has 1500 US locations compared to Subways 27000. They cater to different markets. There isn’t a Quiznos within an hour of here, but I can get to about 8 Subways within 10 minutes.

      • Daniela

I love a deal and will buy this one but if we are going to talk about preference, Jersey Mike’s Subs all day long. Hmmmmmmmm. Blimpies Best sub, close second.

        • Cazi S

I think Zeros is the best sub shop then Jimmy Johns.

        • Tiggy

I’m with you Jersey Mikes! However, I can’t get a footlong at Jersey Mikes for 6 bucks ๐Ÿ™

          • Brandy

But on your birthday, you get ANY regular sandwich AND a drink totally free! Best!

    • couponer

WhichWhich is where it’s at. And Firehouse Subs.

    • Michelle

I’m with you. I love Quiznos but they closed their place about a year ago and now I’m stuck with subway. ๐Ÿ˜

      • Ashley

Penn station is great! Jersey Mikes can take a hike they have lettuce, tomato, onions and cucumbers as topping options. Subway is ok, Submarine House is ok, Super Subby’s is great their cheese steak is awesome, blimpie is great loved their soups but the only one near closed, same with quiznos they were great and closed. My location has tons of sub shops. Have not tried firehouse subs.

    • Kimberly

I totally agree Tracy, Quiznos is the best. Unfortunately, it closed where I live ๐Ÿ™

Awesome deal! Good to know thank u.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

I bought a $50 subway gift card from Amazon for $25 when they were doing the $25 off $50 using AMEX points promo. I’ve been using Subway coupons from the mailer to further my savings.

  5. Pat harris

    How long will this last?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I am not finding an end date listed, just that it is for a limited time. You could always ask your local store if they might have more details. Hope this helps!

  6. mikeb

will they still honor the $1.00 off a foot-long coupons with this promo making it $5.00?

    • Jo Be

its says on the Subway site: “May not be combined with other offers, coupons, or discount cards”. So, no you can’t use a coupon with it.

    • Heather Maltese

May not be combined with other offers, coupons, or discount cards.

    • David

YMMV. The terms say no, but Subways are franchised so often individual stores march to their own drums. I’m willing to bet that a lot of locations would accept the coupon, otherwise you’d run into situations where a sub that normally costs $6.50 would be more expensive with this promo than with your coupon. You aren’t trying to stack coupons, you’re using a single coupon for an item priced at the price-point they set.

  7. Linda

The subways in our town don’t participate in promotions and the regular price of their sandwiches are higher than Subways in other areas, so I don’t do business with them. Love quiznos and jimmy johns.

  8. Patty

    Awesome we love subway

  9. JA

    My Subway started this today!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet! ๐Ÿ˜€

  10. Joe

What happened to “$5 Foot Longs”?

    • David

      Inflation happened ๐Ÿ˜€

  11. Rose

My favorite subway is in Hawaii Waikiki beach…grab sandwiches and play in the sand and sun with my kids until noon nap time…ahhhh. This would be a great deal if they participate and if I was vacationing there!๐Ÿ˜›

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

That does sound awesome Rose! ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. Guest

I love Subway! I know what I’ll be having for Super Bowl! ๐Ÿ™‚

  13. Justine

So, what’s everyone’s favorite Subway sandwich? I need ideas for what to order when I get there, otherwise I get overwhelmed by all the possibilities ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Darcie

I like the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Just something different than my usual turkey sandwich.

      • Susie

        That’s my fave, too!

      • Cori

        Turkey bacon avocado toasted !

    • lisag29

      Italian BMT

    • Faith

Club add bacon! I’m such a creature of habit ๐Ÿ™„

  14. Roselyn Robertson

Love the Harris Teeter Grocery Store Deli Sub! They do a Footlong Sub Every Friday for $4.99 & they Pile the Meat & Toppings on any way that you like!
Sometimes they do a “Whole” Week of Footlong Subs.
If I’m not mistaken they use the “Boars head” Brand Meat!

  15. lisag29

Awesome! Now I don’t have to wait until Thursdays to get my Italian BMT!!

  16. Jenny

Justine my favorite is the veggie delight๐Ÿ‘ŒPerfect for vegetarians!!

  17. Molly

So last week I stopped by the local subway to pick up lunch…and was shocked to see the young lady working there in pjs and an oversized sweatshirt! She was very nice however the unprofessional appearance of someone fixing food really bothered me. Just wondered if any other subway goers have experienced this lack of a dress code or was it just an off day?!

    • Shelby

Subway’s pretty gross like that so it’s not surprising. They are supposed to wear a green polo shirt so perhaps that was under the sweatshirt.

  18. MS

I grew up with Togo’s so I am a bit partial to them. However, nothing wrong with Subway. Good deal if I could eat this much food.
