May I ask why?
I have a Pixma6620. It’s very similar to this one and we’ve had no issues with it at all. There is even a generic ink on Amazon that works great for cheaper. I’m pleased with my Pixma!
It becomes a brick within 3 months of minimal use. 2 of these pieces of crap did this. There’s a REASON these are always, ALWAYS “on sale” because retailers can’t sell them at full price because they’re pieces of crap!
