I had a similar issue, Kalynn. I tried a few times in Firefox on my computer. Also in Chrome. And in Safari on my phone. Then I got a text from Chipotle directly with a link and tried that. It did the same thing. But I ultimately got the text. I can’t tell you which one actually worked, unfortunately!

If it was the link in the text that did finally work, the only thing that was different was that it opened in “private browsing” in Safari. Might be worth a try?
