    How well would these ship?

    • Valerie L

I ordered these last year for my wedding, they ship pretty well

Just thinking the same thing Jessi. Everytime I receive a chocolate covered protein bar sample in my mailbox its melted from the Georgia heat. Wondering if the plants would last and if my usps will be delivering….the, last groupon I did my canvas photograph (of my deceased father in law) ended up in the ditch on a major hwy. A good samaritian found it and called my house. Apparently it blew out of the back of the pickup truck usps was using to deliver mail. When I called the post office and asked them if they forgot to delivery anything (the status had already said delivered online) she replied “oh we were going to call and let you know!”. I was outraged. They tie boxes with rubber bands to my mail box instead of delivering them to my front door. I’m at my wits end with them. I have sent email complaints for previous requested online priority mail pickups and saw them drive right by my house only to have them lie to my face that they stopped by they also made the comment (if its gong over seas you better drive to the bigger post office, we might mess it up…i was doing coupon for troops had to drive additional 30 minutes to get package scanned in at bigger post office)!!! so frustrated!

What part of ga? I’m in South ga

We filed a formal complaint with the dhl delivery service who dropped the package off at the post office. But like Kohls (they use ups) the company says it being delivered by their delivery service only to drop it off at our local post office. This has been an ongoing issue for several years. We constantly receive other peoples mail. It really worries me, but hopefully good Samaritans will keep calling to bring us our items they find. We do the same. At Christmas we had to deliver perfume to a gentleman down the road. The addresses are NOTHING alike. We live right of outside of a town with no red lights…by now we don’t expect very much from usps.

          • Jenny

I am not surprised either. The morons at usps can NEVER do anything right and have the worst customer service ever! I have had too many problems with them.

            • Allison

Sucks about your experience, but they’re not all morons. My mom has worked for USPS for years & takes a ton of pride in her work. There are idiots at any job, I wouldn’t pin it on the company as a whole.

      • Erin

Sounds like usps in Virginia. No accountability whatsoever. Said there’s no proof the issue is on their end (Teenagers steal things from mailboxes! . . . And apparently redeliver elsewhere. . . .) So my checks and packages are delivered to others; in return I get their income tax returns. πŸ™

      • Molly

Ya’ll are not alone…same problems with the usps here. When I do receive mail, it’s usually not mine. Packages rubber banded to the box (or they fall off into the ditch) are common. The best was I received an alert that my package had been delivered yet I received no mail that day. After several phone calls and excuses and outright lies….my mail lady finally admits she left it at the wrong house and tells me to call my neighbors or go check!! Even after filing a complaint and again more phone calls…never received an apology. (Was told the case was resolved because they mailed me a letter…that I never received lol!)
Just wish there was some accountability as well as a little pride in doing their jobs!! I absolutely do not trust anything being sent or delieved by the usps!!

      • JA

That’s how I feel about UPS. I hate them. They delivered my package to the wrong street. They got the house number and “South” right, but wrong road. When my package said delivered and I didn’t have it, I called and they knew exactly where it was. They have satellite images of each delivery. She told me i should go ask them for it. Yes, she gave me an address to a strangers house and suggested I knock on their door and ask for my $100 North Face jacket back. At 7:00 at night. I was beyond livid! Fortunately they were nice people who simply dropped the package at my Post Office and my Post Master made sure I got it. And the same thing happened six months later. Sigh.

Noooo! I was just out looking for 40 of these exact plants and the least expensive I have seen is $3 each.

    • barbara

Amazon has other succulent deals. Maybe not quite as good but close. They have sets of six in pots for 14.99.

  10. Jeni

Please post more deals like this! 😊 Thank you Colin.

  11. Jo

Link doesn’t seem to work. Just takes me to amazon. Tried search, can’t find deal.

Be careful with this one. I ordered over Christmas. My plants were placed at the bottom of a priority flat rate box, and then covered, with no protection, by styrofoam peanuts. By the time they arrived, the soil was almost completely out of all the pots, and styrofoam bits were mixed in. It took hours to pick styrofoam off the cactus prickles and I had to buy replacement soil. To top it off, a good 1/3 of the plants didn’t survive. Seemed like a good deal until all the above got factored in later.
